Files on grants awarded by the U.S. Department of Health, Education, and Welfare to support the state Health Department's immunization assistance project, rubella eradication program, and Minnesota disease control immunization program. They include grant applications and notices, program summaries, correspondence, surveys, quarterly reports, expenditure reports, and forms, reports, unit staff narrative reports, and other materials used as exhibits. Much of the material is of a financial nature, and related to budgeting for the various programs.
